His mission is to build a living legacy that creates opportunities for education, leadership, and volunteerism for children and adults.

In 2011, Duckett Enterprises was born with a vision to create businesses that drive real, positive change in the community, always focusing on giving back. That same year, he co-founded New World Flood and The Black Success Network, both aimed at empowerment through service and education. His entrepreneurial ventures also include The Printing King and District Eleven, each carrying his passion for creativity, leadership, and transformation.

As a dynamic speaker, Todd presents to thousands of teens and adults each year, helping them understand the difference between identity and role and guiding them through life’s transitions with purpose and resilience.
